Versace Eros if it were a person, is a young seducer who isn’t afraid to try new things and enjoys strutting boldly and proudly through the evening. Because that’s where he feels most at ease and where he calls home, in the midst of the chaos of the big metropolis.
Some people despise it, while others adore it. However, second to 1 Million, Versace Eros is undoubtedly the club fragrance of the last few years par excellence, despite the fact that it appears to be a bit less sucked out than its competition.
Eros is a raucous, sensual, and playful creation. It’s a must-have for any young man who enjoys partying and attracting attention. You get a great scent for a low price that gets a lot of praises, and the name Versace on the shelf simply adds to the appeal.
Backstory
Eros, according to Greek mythology, is a primordial deity who sprang from chaos. Versace released a new men’s fragrance called Eros, which was based on Greek mythology and had a strong connection to it. The goal of Versace Eros is to highlight desire while revealing, and releasing untamed emotion.
Versace Eros is a masculine fragrance with an Aromatic Fougere base. In 2012, Eros was born. Aurelien Guichard is the perfumer behind this scent. Mint, Green Apple, and Lemon are on the top notes; Tonka Bean, Ambroxan, and Geranium are in the middle notes; Madagascar Vanilla, Virginian Cedar, Atlas Cedar, Vetiver, and Oakmoss are on the bottom notes.
Review
It’s not simple to strike a decent balance between freshness and sweetness, especially in confectionary. I can only assume it’s the same in the realm of fragrances. Versace Eros smells quite synthetic and “designer”, but it’s a brilliant fragrance.
Versace Eros has a fantastic opening. One of the finest openers I’ve ever seen. The aroma of mint leaves, and apples is fantastic. The aroma is quickly matched by sweet notes, resulting in a scent that is both manly and sweet. For me, the sweetness comes across as apple and vanilla, with the apple mingling immediately with the mint.
After 20 minutes, the notes of vanilla begin to emerge, and they last till the very end. However, the vanilla isn’t as strong as, say, Dior Fahrenheit. Eros can fill an entire room. The fragrance is dubbed “club fragrance” par excellence for a reason. As a result, you should be cautious with the number of sprays, due to the potency of this fragrance. In my opinion, you shouldn’t go overboard with this fragrance. The ladies go crazy for this scent.
At the end of the day, Versace Eros has a great clean and refreshing aroma, extremely contemporary but yet “barbershop” in nature. It reminds me a lot of my favorite Diptyque Eau de Minthé; the mint is quite powerful, placing one toothpaste-minty-fresh boot right on your nose as it opens up. The drydowns, however, are extremely different; Eros is more classically masculine, drying down to a pleasant and smooth woody vanilla.

How is the sillage. and longevity of Versace Eros EDP?
Versace Eros Eau de Parfum has strong projection. and an equally strong sillage. The performance of the fragrance is excellent. Especially for the price.
The lifespan of the fragrance is below average. I can feel it on my skin 3-4 hours, and it has very soft projection after the initial hours of spraying the cologne. How versatile is Versace Eros EDP?
Versace Eros is the ideal scent for those youthful clubbers who wish to stand out in the crowd. Strong projection, and one of the greatest sillages I’ve ever smelled. I’d recommend this for younger individuals in there 20’s and below.
Eros is a minty sensual fragrance a scent that is ideal for newcomers as well as young individuals who wish to stand out in a crowd, such as at a club. It smells delicious and performs exceptionally well for the price.
If you’re young and outgoing, I think you could wear Versace Eros in a variety of settings. It’s not as adaptable as Bleu De Chanel or Dior Sauvage, but I never encountered a female who didn’t enjoy it when I was a teenager going out with friends to dance parties and casual to semi-formal events. I feel like this is a good blind buy especially if you like sweet fragrances. It’s a little pricy for the larger bottles, but I believe it’s well worth it.

Versace Eros is a powerful perfume that performs great while still being an elegant and balanced designer. While putting it on, one may sense two universes colliding. The top note is fresh and spicy, as it should be in a well-balanced Fougere, but it is propelled into modernity by the aquatic and hazy base, which has sweet and spicy fruitiness as well as softly creamy vanilla Tonka bean. Eros is synthetic, generic, and metallic in equal measure. It is best worn in the Fall, Winter, and on chilly Spring days. It’s a great fragrance for a male, helps boost my confidence every-time I wear it.
To put it succinctly and as objectively as possible: Versace Eros is a nice scent particularly in terms of performance and price/performance ratio, but with no originality and a more widespread appeal. It is ideally suited for youthful party attendees to smell pleasant for a long period, but it will not make you stand out from the crowd. Eros has become an instant party favorite. It’s ideal for a trip to the disco. However, due to it being widely distributed it is no longer distinctive, but that is always the case with nice and inexpensive scents for young people.
